Signature Massage
This is a hands on session that will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. A combination of swedish and therapeutic massage techniques are used at your desired pressure to release the muscles, reduce pain and stress. Sessions include the Amethyst BioMat and aromatherapy if desired. Sessions are offered in 30, 60 or 90 Minute increments.
Integrative Reflexology
This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. This one hour session is done on the feet and includes the BioMat, aromatherapy, and hot towels.
Raindrop Massage
This treatment involves applying therapeutic grade essential oils to the spine, neck, and feet. The session lasts an hour however the benefits may last up to a week or more. It is found that combining several holistic techniques creates a synergistic effect for the body. Included is light massage of the back, shoulders and scalp along with hot towels.
Signature Facial
A customized one hour facial tailored to treat skin concerns such as congestion, dehydration, fine lines and wrinkles, and lack of radiance. This treatment features SonicGlow technology that ensures a deep cleanse as well as lifts, firms, and tones the skin. Following is a custom exfoliation and extractions. A relaxing facial massage utilizing essential oils and serums is enhanced with ActiveWarmth heat therapy that assists with deeper penetration and effectiveness via Obsidian stone. This gemstone is known to eliminate toxins, reduce puffiness, and improve elasticity. A hydrating treatment mask and moisturizer finish this amazing hour of bliss. A massage of the scalp, arms and hands is also included.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive, mechanical form of exfoliation that removes dull, lifeless cells on the skin's surface to improve radiance and tone. This is recommended as an excellent way to restructure skin texture. This may be added as an enhancement to a facial or as a stand alone skin treatment.
The BioMat Experience
The BioMat is an FDA licensed medical device that combines state of the art Far Infrared light and Negative Ion technology with the healing power of Amethyst crystals. This light technology relieves pain, promotes circulation, and provides deep healing and relaxation. Although the BioMat is offered with all services at a low setting for added relaxation, The BioMat Experience sessions have a much more therapeutic affect with medium to high heat settings. This may be similar to a sauna treatment and can be used for detox, chronic pain, and body temperature elevation. Sessions include choice of aromatherapy, room lighting, and music or guided meditation. These sessions may be added to the end of any service or as a stand alone treatment.
