To make a subnode, make sure the parent node is selected and then press 'n'.
Press 'Ctrl-N' to make a new diagram.
The arrow keys control movement within a nelements scene.
The mouse wheel makes you zoom into and out of the scene.
The 'Q' and 'Z' keys makes the camera look upward or downward
The 'A','D','W', and 'X' keys make you strafe left, right, up, and down.
The 'delete' key deletes selected nelements
Hold 'Ctrl' to select multiple nelements.
Press 'Ctrl-X' to cut selected nelements.
Press 'Ctrl-C' to copy selected nelements.
Press 'Ctrl-V' to paste copied/cut nelements. Note that you can paste nelements under another nelement by selecting the other nelement.
'Spacebar' resets the camera to the default view.
Pressing 'Ctrl-S' saves the diagram
The 'L' key loads nelement data from an xml file that you select into the current diagram.
pressing 'Ctrl-L' allows you to load an xml file as a new diagram.
Press 'P' to see properties of a selected nelement where you can change its color,shape, font color, whether attraction/repulsion forces apply to it, or image.
Press 'T' to show the selected nelement's (or the current nelement's) text...then you can edit that from there and press 'ok'
press 'F10' to go to the Settings panel ... from here you can change the background color and press 'apply' to apply the changes
Press 'F1' to go to the online help page.
Press '+' or'-' to increase or decrease font sizes.
Press 'Alt-S' to bring up the search panel.
To rename a nelement:
select a nelement by clicking on it once
press the 'R' key
enter a new name for the nelement and press 'Enter'
